The school library is part of the school’s teaching and learning environment. It provides resources and services supporting students, staff and their families. The library’s resources, physical space, and staff with a potential can make a difference to a students’ achievement, educational equity, physical, social and mental well-being.

Who are we?

Every child deserves access to build a future they deserve, however, the Indian public education system doesn’t equitably prepare children of color and those growing up in poverty for success in college, career, and life.

The School Library's mission is to identify, connect, and inspire a new generation of leaders dedicated to transforming the education system, so that all students receive a quality education.

What we do

Reading books always benefits students as it helps them to explore the world. Reading books in their mother-tongue, a language well known, always gives a wider scope of understanding and insight.

పాఠశాల ఫౌండేషన్ (Paatasaala Foundation) is working with other Non-Profit Organizations and Individual Donors to provide books from different categories including Biography, History, Language, Culture, Science, Space, Technology, Moral Stories, General Knowledge, and Maths in Telugu.

Students can choose and read books by themselves. Every 6 months, we will be conduct school competations where the students will have to read library books, prepare for those competations, and write essays. The best-written essays will be awarded, with participation prizes as well. This is done to promote and encourage the habit of reading.

We are bringing in State and District Library Chairmans to promote and initiate libraries and their importance in schools.
